You have done a submission so as Guy says, dx4win has saved your data.
So you must follow this procedure now

1)Delete your WAZ submission
In QSO window go to Reports>change awards flags. Choose waz mixed (it is 
good to clear waz band, waz mode also) and clear submitted flags. You will 
see the 0 number will change to something

2) Choose only cards in hand
File>preferences>QSO tab> cards in hand (left bottom corner) and save and 
exit

3) make a new WAZ submission
Under file>preferences>WAZ tab choose the award you want (mixed, band, mode, 
etc.)
In QSO window>Reports>WAZ>submission
