[Dx4win] Center Radio (PSK31 window) does not work on 40m with Icom 746pro/7400

Hi group,

I have a problem using the Center Radio function when running PSK31 on
LSB bands such as 40m

The Center Radio function only works on USB as stated in the manual.
This is fine, so I tried running PSK31 with my icom 7400 (european
version of the ic-746pro) on USB on 40m. When I hit ALT-R (=Center
Radio) the rig switches to LSB and (as a result?) offsets the
frequency in the 'wrong' direction so does NOT centers the radio. On
20m all works fine. When the manual states that Center Radio only
works on USB, I would expect the rig to switch mode to USB, regardless
of operating frequency. I'm running 7.07.02.
