Changed which QSO preferences?

I just exported my log, using the confirmed pref, "Card in Hand" and
QSL_RCVD is set correctly for all 80K QSOs.

Remember, that only the "Cnfm" field (for paper QSLs, between "Method"
and "QRP") is exported in the QSL_RCVD ADIF field.
