Fw: [Dx4win] SPOT ANNOUNCEMENTS

[W9RPM]

I wanted to pass this along to the reflector. Please read below. Basically I 
re downloaded the program, and then copied the INI file as before, and all 
is well. Only thing I can think of is that something happened during the 
downloading the first time, because I copied all the same files INI etc..

Jim, I re downloaded the program, copied my INI file, and all is well.
Something must have happened when I downloaded it the first time, because I
