[Dx4win] country file (correction)

Hello Jim

Jim i just upgraded from version 7.03 to the latest version


The only thing i have noticed so far is one country was not picked up

FJ St Barts

I have a few qso's from FJ with

TO5FJ

the qsos i have are dated 8 jan 2008 40mx ssb and cw    and are not found 
by dx4win the country is blank

yet i have qsos with the same station on 10 jan and 14 jan 2008 and these 
are ok


So looks like the starting date needs to be adjusted.?
