[Dx4win] Icom 756 Pro II rig file

Are you using a COM port or USB interface?  I *sometimes* see that 
problem using a USB interface, but it doesn't always happen.

Make the changes described in Erkki's E-mail to the:

  ICOM 756 Pro II.rig

file in the dx4w7xx/radios directory and see if it fixes your problem. 
The changes start around line 99 in the file:

   99,100c99,100
   < POS=6
   < LM=5
   ---
   > POS=5
   > LM=4

You should NOT be running DX4WIN while making this change!
