[Dx4win] Sorting of QSL labels

I have a test version of 7.05.

Print QSL labels for the bureau works properly when both these boxes are 
checked:

+  Print QSL Manager Labels
+  Print Via Manager

Can someone please verify this in 7.04?

I'm not sure why "Print QSL Manager Labels" has to be selected.  It's 
not printing extra (address) labels, just ordering the labels by 
country.  I think it should do this by default if "Print Via Manager" is 
selected.
