SV: [Dx4win] Sorting of QSL labels

It worked in version 7.03. I checked and 5H4BL appears where 5H should and
not among cards to Italy (IV3BBA is the manager). It, as all other were
signed to be sent via Buro

As Microsoft is fond of saying, I think that might be a "feature". 

I have not got the manual in front of me, but is it not true that if one 

prints labels with Buro selected, the labels are sorted by manager's 

country, if a manager is entered? This makes it easier for the sorters 

at ARRL when you send a big shipment of cards. It seems to me this was 

the case in ver. 7.03, which I have heavily used this summer. 

Am I wrong? I do not have enough QSO's in the queue to check right now.
