[Dx4win] DX Marathon Conversion Utility

Has anybody tried the 08 version?

It installs, but I get no icon and it's not listed in the add/remove
program section.    When I try to reinstall it asked if I want to
repair or uninstall.   I uninstalled it and resinstalled,  but got the
same results.

I read the "installer" web site pointed to by the DX4WIN site, but it
mentions nothing about XP.
