[Dx4win] QSL Labels - DX All Bands/Modes ????

Jim,
  Now that I have 7.05.04, all is well. I somehow missed the .04 upgrade 
notice and the scroll bar  in the Mark For QSL window was invisible in 
7.05.03. Paul alerted me to the upgrade.
