[Dx4win] omnirig

I don't mean that dx4win has any weakeness in rig control.
I just said that i read some problems (possibly not related) abt rig
control.
After these emails i thought that it is time to think for a new feature:
omnirig.
That doesn't solve any possible problem but we have another choise.
omnirig is a freeware program that controls a rig. Dx4win must have an
additional radio choise. So instead of icom 756 you will choose omnirig and
in omnirig program will choose icom 756. Something like ve7cc program works
with clusters. This feature will help anyone wants to run multiple programs,
written by different authors in different languages, to control the radio
via Omni-Rig at the same time. Beside all these when a new radio must be
supported we will not need to wait for a new dx4win upgrade because we will
have a second choise: omnirig ; at least until the new dx4win version.
Finally it is just a thought or request for a feature and nothing less or
more.
