[Dx4win] Omni VII

I am having BIG problems with Vista and Omni VII working with Dx4win;  Anyone out there with an Omni VII using Dx4win?  I also have a Microham keyer. I would like to run Psk and use the program to its full extent but cannot. I am only using only a small  portion for what I paid for.
Any help  out there? Rog KI0F
