[Dx4win] DX Marathon Conversion Utility

Two separate issues:

I don't know why install/uninstall isn't working properly. I tested it on my work PC that has SP2, not SP3. I didn't write the installer, it came with Microsoft Visual Studio. Maybe you don't have the latest MSI installer package for Windows. If you read this web page it will tell you where to get it:

Second, Paul changed the logbook (.CSV) file format in 7.04 (released May 2008) to include the 4-digit year. It breaks the program. I have a new version which is based on ADIF, not CSV. It's not released yet.

Hi Jim --

I had uninstalled the old Marathon program, and I just uninstalled
the April version.

I reinstalled the April version, and nothing in the start menu or
desktop icon. I was able to bring up the program by clicking on the
executable.

I'm running 7.04.04; From you previous email, I think you said
Marathon would not work with this; please confirm.

I'm also running XP SP2.

Mark
