[Dx4win] Skimmer spots not being entered in database

I'm running DX4WIN 7.03.16, and I notice that when I send it Skimmer spots, 
they are received fine in the Telnet window but are not displayed in 
the  spots window.  I'm guessing this is either because of the -# that 
Skimmer appends to the spotter's callsign, or to the lack of a date in the 
spot format.  All the major Windows contest loggers handle both these 
issues fine.  Is there a setting somewhere in Preferences that can be 
changed, or does Paul have to work his magic?
