[Dx4win] FT2000 CAT control

Jim,

I tried doing it that way....but in Preferences, you cannot change the Baud
Rate...you cannot overwrite the Baud Rate window....DX4WIN doesn't allow
it...

Lou, you set the baud rate by going to Preferences -> Radio and set it
there!
