[Dx4win] Fixes in new release

Normally they should print out Garry if and only when the address
of the manager is in your Qsl mgr database.

I have used DX4WIN for years, but only recently I have been playing QSL
catchup.

When I print labels with the "Print QSL Manager" box checked in 7.03,=20
all I get is of the form "7O1DX via AD1C" on the QSO label itself--no=20
manager label prints. I thought it would print manager address labels.=20
Am I misinformed or is something getting by me here?
