[Dx4win] Rig file for the Yaesu FT 950

Jim,

I believe the FT9000 rig file is complete...I worked with Paul over a year
ago on that one...do not know about the 950....and is the 2000 file now
ready for primetime?....

That's a good question, Steve.  I know Paul has been diligently working on
FT-2000 and FT-9000 support.  I don't know how this translates to FT-950
support.
