     [AECW] Work All Europe-CW (updated)
     [CISA] Canadian Islands Award (updated)
     [DCA] Azores Council Award (added URL)
     [ESSB] Work All Europe-SSB (updated)
     [FOC] First Class CW Operators' Club (modified)
     [PGA] Polish Gminy Award (new)
     [SDOK] German Sonder-DOK (new)
     [URDA] Ukrainian National Award (new)
     [WAB] Worked All Bermuda (new)
     [WADA] Worked Antarctic Directory Award (modified)

SDOK is now a separate award, DOK contains only "classic" DOK.  If you 
need to submit an award that contains both, you need to save both 
submissions, then merge them together.
