Hi Dave,

Don't assign a group number to QRP QSOs.  Just check the QRP box.  I think
it automatically becomes group number 254 or 255.

F8 filters do not affect DXCC status.  You must create a Group Filter (See
Filter -> Selection), name it QRP (or something else), check the QRP box at
the bottom, then update and save.

DX4WIN clears ALL filters when you re-open the log.  All you need to do then
is Filter -> Selection, pick your QRP filter name from the drop-down box at
the top, then OK.
