[Dx4win] DX4WIN CQ DX Marathon conversion program updated 16 March 2008

I've updated the CQ DX Marathon conversion program for 2008.  The latest 
release is version 1.12 and is dated 16 March 2008:

Please read ALL the instructions to extract your log data and run the 
program.  You don't need to create a date filter, you can simply use F8 
to filter your log starting 01 January 2008.  Or you can just extract 
ALL the QSOs from your log, and let the program ignore QSOs not from the 
current year.

If you have any trouble with the program, please let me know.

Sometime before the end of the year, I will be re-writing the program to 
use ADIF input instead.  This will make it easier for DX4WIN users, as 
well as allowing anyone who can produce an ADIF log to use the program. 
  It will also avoid the month/day ambiguity, which the program tries to 
fix automatically.
