[Dx4win] follow-up :: solution to RC2800PX communications

If you use the "Orion M2A" selection in the menu, then power cycle the controller and restart the application, it works splendidly.  

Took a bit of looking to figure this out.  

Note that the serial port is being provided from a Digi 8-port USB adapter.  Converting to a "real UART" connection may well have also remedied the matter.  It was just odd that it worked fine from other applications without this bring-up procedure, but not DX4WIN.
