[Dx4win] Talk messages and announcements

Hello all ,

I've got a problem with the window "talk messages and announcements" . I can
see the messages to me , to all , etc on the Packet window but not on the
Talk messages and announcements window . I need to close this window and
when i restart this window by pressing the " view announcements" button on
the DX spot window the messages will be on .

Anyone know what could be wrong on my settings ?
