I've updated the release notes for DX4WIN.CTY Release #52:

Mostly just QSL manager updates this time (LU7YS, V31BW, VP2EP and stations managed by PA0KHS).  I think the release notes are now complete per the information I have.

If you know of any mistakes/omissions, please let me know.  I plan to release the new database the weekend of July 5-6.
