[Dx4win] Using Telnet

Honestly, I did not know you can do that. But it does work.
I guess the differences it that when using the RTTY window as you
describe, the DX Spots window is not active in this configuration. I.e.
you don't get the benefits of DX4WIN filtering the spots to tell you
which ones are needed.
