[Dx4win] How do you un-associate a file

Okay, now I've gone and done it.  I was trying to help a friend with 
DX4WIN and I opened my dx4win.tcp file by right clicking on the file and 
clicking on Open with....  Now I've got the file associated with 
notepad.  Can someone please tell me how to un-associate note pad to 
this file.  I've tried right clicking and going into properties and then 
changing the association but there is nothing that will let me choose 
associate with nothing....it's another program or not at all.

I'm using XP SP2 and DX4WIN Ver 6.04
