[Dx4win] Ft1000D

Hi,

I'm sorted now, I had too many things configured in Dx4Win on com1...
because I hadn't configured anything other than the CAT interface it didn't
dawn on me some of the other devices were sharing the same port. I had the
same problem with Winkey but once I checked the options I realised I had two
devices sharing that port as well. I've now got a working CAT and Winkey
interface :-)

I have the same settings. Also, DTR and RTS both high. Polling 5000 ms.
Works fine under 7.03.16. Used to work fine under earlier versions as
far as I remember.
I am going through a MicroHam MicroKeyer but that shouldn't make a
difference.
