[Dx4win] where

It's sad the developer can't take 5 minutes to add a link to the new 
version on their website.

I can't imagine any new users are buying DX4WIN.  When I look at a 
website and see that it hasn't been updated in a couple of years I 
assume that the product is no longer available or supported.
