[Dx4win] Logbook changes

Hi

I worked out a soulution to get an overview of changes made to the logbook
between different versions of the DX4WIN.CTY File.

If you export your logbook to ADIF, update the DX4WIN.CTY, and make yet
another export, thus ending up with two exported ADIF versions of the
logbook representing a "before" and "after" logbook. You can compare the two
logs and get a list of changes made.

I made a utility to automate this task (only tested with limited data,
since i just started using DX4Win ;=)
