[Dx4win] Problem with FILE|IMPORT/EXPORT Screen

Roger solved the problem.  I sent him the DX4WIN.IEP file from 7.03, but he was
copying it to the wrong place.  He's using Vista.  A separate reflector posting
will follow from me.
