Bon jour, Paul,

As a work-around, export your DX4WIN QSL manager database to a file (Files ->
Databases -> Managers). SAVE THIS FILE somewhere, and copy it to a different
name (so you can re-import it later).

Now edit the exported file by removing all but the first line. Import this new
manager file into DX4WIN (make sure to select "delete existing managers").
This will effectively remove all your QSL managers, except for one.

Now the labels will come out in the right order.

When you are done, import the full list of QSL managers back into DX4WIN.
