[Dx4win] Multiple MMTTY windows

I have it working with a FT1K MK V. I generally run MMTTY as 2 stand
alone programs, but just tried it with DX4WIN using it's interface to
the main MMTTY program and brought up the second version of MMTTY in a
stand alone configuration.
Installing two separate copies of MMTTY seems to work fine under XP. The
key is setting the main or original installed version of MMTTY to use
the Left side of the sound card and the 2nd copy to use the right side.
Transmit is always done as FSK from the main version of MMTTY which with
the FT1K MK V can be on either VFO.
