[Dx4win] Problems with printing label

Hi Guys,
I'm having a strange problem when i print labels.After having setted all the flags in  the qso i need to print i start printing .... at the end i tell the program to mark all the qso i've just printed and it does it correctly (all the qsos flagged are marked as qsl sent) but the printer ALWAYS loose some QSOs, i've tried several times and it seems that the last 3 label of each page got lost, those labels are not printed in the first page neither in the following one ... but the program set them correctly printed and sent.
This situation is giving me big problems since i use to print some 800/1000 each session and become impossible to duple check it every time.
I've checked all the settings and are the same i've used in the last 3 years and printed correctly more then 10,000 qsos ... can someone have an idea how to solve that problem?
