[Dx4win] Re: Buckmaster problems

There are two issues:

- integrating the Buckmaster CD data with updates

- DX4WIN crashing sometimes on F3

Can someone please document at least the first issue, describing the 
problem and the solution?  That way I can write an application note for 
the problem.  I'll use your words and give you credit.
