[Dx4win] DXBASE Ver 2.0 File Conversion to DX4WIN

Is Anyone able to tell me how to convert the DXBASE Ver 2.0 files Which are .DB files into .ADIF to import into DX4WIN???
If so, please cookbook the HOW as I am short on Computerese...
