[Dx4win] DX4WIN CQ DX Marathon conversion program updated 25 December 2007

I have a fix for this problem, I'll release the new conversion program over the
weekend.

I also corrected the description below, I left out "Tromelin".  This is
important for knowing where the "Reunion" entity should be listed (3rd out of 4
"FR" entities).
