[Dx4win] VP6DX shows Pitcairn

The easiest thing to do is when you work them, just put VP6/D in the 
prefix and it will be fine for that QSO and all future QSOs.

If you want to do it in advance, log a dummy qso with VP6/D in the 
prefix field, then go back and delete it. The prefix change will stay.
