[Dx4win] Multiple QSOs change on QSO NOTES - Group Numbers

Maybe it's my aging brain, but I found the instructions regarding the
use of the Selection feature in the manual difficult to understand. It
took more than a little bit of trial and error to get it working the way
it was intended.
