Hello all
What you list as criteria is right, but there are more, like the 
inclusion in the US Department of State list of special sovereignty 
territories, which allowed for FJ to become a new one.
For Kosovo to become a UN member will take time (Russia might veto it....)
For Kosovo to get its own ITU prefix wuill take time (look at T9 
supposed to be using E7 for quite a while already)
For Kosovo to be addeds to the above mentioned US DoS list may take time 
(it took them 5 months for FJ)
So relax !!!!! The present YU8 is only Serbia, until further notice ....
