DX4WIN.TCP is the list of Telnet DX Cluster nodes.  If you don't use
the latest file, you may find that some nodes are unreachable.

I updated DX4WIN.TCP on 15 December 2008.  This is the version that was 
released with DX4WIN 7.07.  The latest file can be found at:

    http://dx4win.ad1c.us/cluster/

Please read the installation notes on that web page if you require the
"keep-alive" version of the file.

Here is the list of the other changes since 6 December 2008:

   HB9CA         Added DX Spider node
   HB9ON-9       Added DX Spider node
   KL7G          Changed IP address to kl7g.org:8000
   N0VD-7        Added DX Spider node (was N0VD-8)
   N0VD-8        Deleted DX Spider node (now N0VD-7)

   Added last 100 DX Summit spots from OH8X
