[Dx4win] DX Summit last 100 spots

I removed a line from the DX4WIN.TCP file in the last release.  This
was to get the most recent 100 spots from DX Summit.  I couldn't get
it to work.  Someone told about it, I tested it, and removed it.

I tried it today and it's working (again?).  If you want to add this
line back into DX4WIN.TCP here it is:

  100 OH8X,http://www.dxsummit.fi/text/dx100.html

I'll put that line back in the file when I do the next update.
