[Dx4win] ADIF IMPORT ANOMALY

Hi Paul,
I have just installed the 7.06.02 release.
NOT changes found in the "ADIF import anomaly" that I have indicated to you 
on june!!
So, try yourself....
1) - Export a log in ADIF mode.
      In the ADIF file produced you find the "<QSL_VIA > field (This is 
correct !!)
2) - Import the data from the same ADIF file.
       The "Notes for this call" field will be populated by "QSL VIA ETC" 
(This is wrong !!)

DX4WIN use a proper qsl manager database!!!

The IMPORT/EXPORT ADIF FILTER must be modified in the import side.
So please modify that routine.....
