I have updated the release notes for DX4WIN.CTY #53 on the web:

I had hoped to release the file last weekend, then this weekend, but it didn't happen.  It may go out as soon as September 1, or as late as the weekend of September 6/7.

The best time to release the file is shortly after the 1st of the month, since I get a new months worth of DX spots that I can analyze for exception calls and QSL managers.  I didn't want to rush to get this release done, then have a new set of data to work with just a week later.
