The QSOs must already be marked "Upload=Y".

Do the date search, plus "Upload=Y" and you may find you have no QSOs 
marked for upload.

There is a "Labels" function to set upload flags.

In general, in the "QSO" tab of your preferences, set "Label=Upl". Then 
all new QSOS will be marked for upload automatically.
