DX4WIN.CTY Release #48 is now available from:

You must update both DX4WIN.CTY and ADIF.PMP because the primary prefix 
for Bosnia-Hercegovnia changed from T9 to E7.  See the installation 
instructions on the web page.

Once again, thanks to everyone for their contributions/help.  I am 
planning the next release sometime before the 2008 Dayton Hamvention.
