[Dx4win] Compare DX4WIN to LoTW utility updated - 11 November 2007

I just tried the program using the latest country file (E7 for Bosnia) 
and latest Award Credit Matrix from the ARRL LoTW web site (which 
includes FJ, St. Barthelemy).

The program works without any changes, so there is nothing to 
change/update/release at this time.
