Rein,

As you are using an FT2000 you really need an up-to-date driver from DX4WIN
for it to interface correctly with your rig. 

There are problems with the currently available driver which can cause
problems.

I have emailed DX4WIN support and hope that the issue will soon be resolved.
You may wish to do the same.
