I have updated DX4WIN.TCP.  The latest file can be found at:

   KA7U-1        Deleted CC Cluster node
   RK2FWB        Changed IP address to 212.44.71.130:8000
   W8ALC         Changed IP address to w8alc.ohiopacket.org
