DX4WIN.CTY Release #42 is now available from:

The prefix for Bosnia & Herzegovina changed to E7.  This change is 
incompatible with the current version of the DXCC to LoTW comparison 
program - I'll fix that when I get a chance.

It's critical that you copy both the DX4WIN.CTY and ADIF.PMP files to 
their respective directories (because of the above-mentioned prefix 
change).  Follow the installation instructions at the first URL, or 
in the release.txt file.
