[Dx4win] Eliminating Mgr address labels, but keeping mgr listed on QSO label

I have always wanted an extra label printing check box to turn off 
this manager address label print function.  Like you, I want the 
manager's call sign to print on the QSL card, but for me every one of 
these manager address labels is a wasted label.
