[Dx4win] DX4WIN_MACROS

I think that it is an easy addition and i think that many of us like it. 
Maybe a more difficult is to auto start ve7cc program? I like to use it and 
i like some of its features.
But at least 2 automated procedures are needed
1.autoconnect to cluster
2.auto-upload and autodownload to lotw
